Join a weight loss competition Jason! I don't have a TON to lose but enough that I want it gone. I can't seem to get and stay motivated so I am going to join a competition!

Happy New Year everyone. I always make resolutions. I don’t always keep them, but it’s nice to try. This year I’ve gone vegetarian (six days so far, and haven’t missed meat yet). I also signed up for Spanish and yoga classes, and I’ll be running the Salt Lake and San Francisco marathons this summer.
