Alright, finally getting a challenge to you guys. Sorry about the whole live fiasco, it's very difficult to get five people on at once, though it's mostly my fault.
The Evicted
Below I have posted 6 pairs of names. You must guess the combined total of confessionals between the two and post your guess for that number. You will receive 1 point for every number you are short of the actual, and 2 points for every number you are over of the actual.. so it's going to pay off to think low and not go high. Whoever has the lowest combined point total will win the final PoV. Think about challenges, general activeness, time in game, etc. when trying to estimate a close number.
1. Scott & Kathleen 2. Jeff & Tyler 3. Billy & Sheree 4. Donna & Donnann 5. Eric & Jason 6. Elizabeth & Mitch
Now, this challenge has two elements to it. The challenge isn't called 'the evicted' without reason. Each evicted player has the power to send me a private message endorsing one of you for the veto win. For each endorsement you receive, 15 points will be removed from your final total for the above portion - which could be the difference between a win and a loss. Each evicted player may only endorse ONE of you.
Good luck houseguests.. you have 48 hours.

Wow. A guessing game for the most important challenge in the entire season. That makes sense.

Wow. A guessing game for the most important challenge in the entire season. That makes sense. Yada yada. I could have easily thrown in a lousy flash game instead. Would you prefer me do a www.holdthebutton.com challenge? I made it clear this challenge would be something that time would not effect and that only narrows the selection to so many things. A large part of big brother is luck.. deal with it. It's not like this week has fallen back completely on luck - anyone who was motivated could have pulled out a win in the HoH, but it was evident that most if not all of you slacked on it hoping to fall back on PoV. (the original PoV had a lot of luck incorporated in it, also) If you have a problem, go talk shit to eachother all you want but whining and posting isn't going to do a thing about anything.. thanks.

But hey, now that I mention it, if you guys would prefer hold the button then we can do that instead. Your guys' call. This has been difficult for us all and I am running out of challenges. The original veto I had would have capped the game off perfectly but you guys were too ticked and frustrated to reschedule. I understand not wanting to set a time again to try the live challenge, but when you don't want to, do you honestly expect me to come out with a great alternative in the matter of 24 hours?

YES!
PLEASE do a hold the button challenge. Do a flash game. Do a word search. Do a sudoku. Do a "guess the quote". Do a posting challenge. Do a quiz. Do ANYTHING where we can at least win or lose based on our own actions.
I don't expect you to change your mind because some bitchy player is complaining. But I do expect you do be a fair host and give everyone a chance to fight for their place in this game and not leave it up to other people.
And P.S. - please don't respond to my comments by saying things like "anyone who was motivated could have pulled out a win in the HoH". In case you've forgotten, I couldn't compete in HOH this week. Which is exactly why I was ready all three times that this veto was supposed to happen. Because I knew it was my ONLY chance to get to the final three. I was the only person who was there for the designated times - and that includes yourself. Call me a bitch. Call me a poor sport. But don't you dare say I have not been motivated.

If other people are for changing to hold the button, we can do that instead. Nathan, this veto isn't held in the evicted players hands.. they can help someone win, but not by much. You are making it sound like the majority of the weight in this challenge is coming from that small addition.

What's wrong with a guessing game? If it were changed to HTB, you guys wouldn't be doing much, just putting something on your mouse to hold it for almost the same amount of time as Thrills would give before the deadline.

I say leave it. its fair. The real BB players can complain but it will not be changed. its guessing and its luck. which is fair for all
Thrills Hold your ground. This is a good challenge

yeah i think the guessing game has its own fairness...i realize what you guys think about it and understand but as thrills had tried a few times and it wasn't good enough take what you get.....kinda makes me glad im not in f4 tho...

This is a good challenge You would say that.... I am not pissed about this particular challenge. I am just upset with its timing. The most important veto is left up to chance and luck? I have not seen one Big Brother show do that and I would like to think these games are indeed modeled off of the show. I am going to compete in the challenge and not doing any bullshit about holding a button, even though that would yield results of the player that wants the veto the most, not who can guess correctly or is the jury's favorite.
